The V-Match (“flat-top”) Upper Receiver and the "free-floating" machine knurled aluminum
handguard mark this model as unique in the Bushmaster line. The integral Picatinny type
scope mount rail on the Upper allows the mounting of any variety of scopes, optics
or night vision devices. The free-floater handguard does not touch the heavy, chrome lined
barrel forward of the barrel nut for consistent accuracy. An optional barrel length of 24" is
available - muzzle velocity and energy spec. for the 20" standard barrel are noted below.
All steel components are manganese phosphate coated for complete protection against
exterior corrosion or rust. The receivers, of 7075T6 aircraft quality aluminum, forged
for maximum strength, are precision machined to current military specification and
incorporate all M16A2 design improvements including cartridge case deflector, last round
bolt hold-open and raised ridges for magazine release button protection. On the optional A3
type Removeable Carry Handle, the latest M16A2 rear sight system is incorporated featuring
dual flip-up apertures and knob adjustment for both windage and elevation. The elevation knob is
graduated from 300 to 800 meters and automatically compensates for bullet drop. The XM15 E2S
V-Match rifle is shipped complete with 30 round magazine, instructional manual, and carrying
sling - all in a lockable, hard plastic, Bushmaster case.

The Removeable Carry Handle is
optional for the V Match Rifle.
