BLACK RYAN MODEL SEVEN & PLAN B
Leading California knifemaker Steve Ryan is
an absolutely unique knife designer and maker. As a student of Okinawan go
gyo, Ryan blends his
knowledge of the martial arts with the art of knifemaking. His knives typically
have unique blade styles and functionally skeletonized handles.
We now offer his popular CRKT models with black, non-reflective Teflon®
plated blades, black frames and black hardware.
Ryan’s Model Seven was inspired by the Filipino barong. A deep finger
choil gives exceptional grip, and the deep bellied blade with black non-reflective
Teflon® plating provides superior cutting power. The black textured Zytel®
scales are skeletonized in Ryan’s trademark aggressive zig-zag pattern,
for
exceptional grip with less weight. This is a tactical tool that grips you
back.
In addition, we’ve added the patented (U.S. Patent No. 5,596,808) Lake
And Walker Knife Safety (LAWKS®) to provide lock security under
extreme use.
Both Razor-Sharp and Combination Razor-Sharp and Triple-Point™ serrated blades are available.
The Ryan Plan B is a superior fixed blade design
with a minimal sheath for those who prefer a smaller, more compact workhorse.
The AUS 6M stainless
steel full tang blade features a graceful spear point with a recurve cutting
edge, and is available in Razor-Sharp and Combination edges.
We’ve created a high performance injection molded Zytel sheath with a removable, 180&Mac251; reversible clip and a neck chain.
